Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Lakewood, CA. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, cashier duties, store merchandising and replenishment, and fulfillment of e-commerce orders.

You will educate customers on BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff app, and ensure accurate packing and shipping of orders. We value strong communication and teamwork, with a focus on maintaining store standards, stocking, and warehouse organization.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce or warehouse is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and assist with cashiering, merchandising and replenishment.
• Educate customers about BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App.
• Pick and pack items for customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize warehouse area.
