Job summary

Minor Figures seeks a Sales & Distribution Manager to lead retail execution, broker relationships, and distribution across the U.S. This role ensures flawless market execution and drives partner performance, including brokers, distributors, and merchandisers, with oversight of launches and retail rollout.

You will manage distributor operations, educate partners, and align plans with our National Accounts head and Sales Operations Analyst.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of retail execution strategies and driving results across markets.
• Proven ability to manage brokers and distributors to meet sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee inventory and purchase order processes.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of sales initiatives at retail, distributor and field levels.
• Manage void fills, planogram execution, and in-store education.
• Lead distributor operations: inventory, POs, and programming alignment.
• Coordinate new product launch planning and rollout to retail.
• Report progress and learnings to the Head of National Accounts and Sales Operations Analyst.
