Job summary

Little General Elizabeth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the store's primary customer contact in Elizabeth, WV. You will process sales, ensure stock, and help maintain a clean and safe store while adhering to tobacco, lottery, and alcohol sale laws.

Requirements include English literacy and a professional image, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work full-time or part-time shifts under the Retail Store Manager's supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Minimum age 18 to sell tobacco, lottery products and alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Present a well-groomed, professional image at all times.
• Greet and welcome customers with a smile and assist in locating products.
• Record sales on cash register and process payments accurately.
• Upsell related products when appropriate.
• Stock shelves and maintain proper pricing.
• Follow state laws regarding tobacco, alcohol and lottery sales.
• Promote enrollment in loyalty programs (Plenti, BP, etc.).
• Observe and report suspicious activity to the Manager on duty.
• Complete Daily Shift Report and other duties as assigned.
