Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Dallas are seeking a Store Associate to help customers shop, provide fast checkout, and keep shelves stocked and well-merchandised. You will unload deliveries, participate in planograms, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential in this climate-controlled retail environment. Responsibilities include assisting with the Rewards program enrollments, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding products and answer questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash securely.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Ensure store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies, promote brand promises.
• Engage customers with Rewards program enrollments.
