Michaels is hiring at our store in Dallas, TX for a customer-focused associate. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include promoting the Michaels Rewards program, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), stocking, merchandising, and participating in return and recovery processes to ensure an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions
• Handle fast, friendly checkout with cash handling
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and in-store merchandising
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and planograms; assist with unloading trucks
