Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in the Dallas area to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. This role includes assisting with stocking and truck unload, and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

You will help maintain a well-merchandised store, support safety programs, and engage customers with the Rewards program. Must be 16+ and enjoy a climate-controlled retail environment with generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence.
