Job summary

Michaels is a leading crafts retailer with over 1,300 stores in North America. This position supports store operations, customer service, and merchandising to ensure a well-stocked, welcoming environment for shoppers.

As a Store Associate in the DFW area, you will assist customers, handle checkout, participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planograms, and help deliver a positive brand experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
