Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Burleson, TX. You will assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandise to meet Brand Promises and recovery standards. Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, handling BOPIS/SFS tasks, and adhering to SOPs while supporting shrink and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with finding products and solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with compliant cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain planograms and perform stock and recovery duties.
