AT&T inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Opelousas, LA. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach and be active in events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers. Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with biweekly advance notice of seniority-based shifts.

Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we’ll provide training and coaching to help you meet sales goals and earn uncapped commissions.

• You’ll be on the sales floor using a consultative sales approach.

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers' needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
