Job summary

AT&T in Baton Rouge is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement and meet sales goals. You will guide customers through device options, participate in community events, and handle online orders and outbound calls.

The role offers a 40-hour weekly schedule, includes weekends, with compensation ranging from the base hourly rate to uncapped commissions based on performance. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules published 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided to meet goals.
