Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Sulphur, LA to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and build meaningful connections.

You’ll drive sales with a consultative approach, participate in community events, process online orders and make outbound calls to customers. You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with opportunities for uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Support customers to meet and exceed sales goals.
