AT&T in Metairie, LA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select the best devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll work toward sales targets and earn uncapped commissions while building meaningful relationships with customers.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training provided if you lack prior retail experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
