AT&T in Monroe, LA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our latest devices and services. You will use a consultative sales approach, participate in local events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to nurture customer relationships.

Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with coaching to help you hit and surpass goals. The role offers a schedule of 9:00 to 21:00, including weekends, with a focus on exceptional service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Adhere to schedule with hours 9am–9pm, including weekends; weekly hours posted 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible to evolving tech and ways we serve customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals with support and coaching.
