The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm on weekends and a track record of delivering excellent service. New hires receive training and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals; compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn AT&T products and services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver great customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and participate in community events.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
