Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Opelousas, LA. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and be part of the community by attending events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers.

You will work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with monthly scheduling ahead of time. Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
