Job summary

AT&T in Michigan is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with personalized sales expertise across the latest devices and services. You’ll guide options using a consultative approach on the sales floor, aiming to meet targets and earn commissions.

You’ll handle events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
