AT&T in Portage, MI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right solutions from our full suite of devices and services. You will engage customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach, assist with online orders, and participate in local community events to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided if you don't have sales experience.
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility as products and customer needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Adhere to a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; two-week advance schedules.
• Adapt to evolving tech and customer needs to meet goals.
• Support customers to meet and exceed sales goals with available tools and training.
