AT&T in Michigan is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select the right devices and services, using a consultative approach to meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions. You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with a schedule published 2 weeks in advance, and you’ll participate in in-store events, online orders, and customer outreach to grow the territory.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience?

• No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance visibility.
