AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Kalamazoo, MI to help customers navigate AT&T’s full suite of products and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide choices, with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance.

The role involves on-site work, events, and outbound calling to drive orders and customer engagement. You may start with little or no sales experience, as training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Engage with the community through events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and advance schedule visibility.
