AT&T in Cary, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our full suite of devices and services through a consultative sales approach. You will be on the sales floor, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with new hours published 2 weeks in advance. Expect a fast-paced environment with training provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning.
