Job summary

AT&T in Cary, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through choices using a consultative approach. You’ll connect with shoppers on the sales floor and help them explore our latest devices and services.

This role offers a 40-hour week with weekend shifts, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you reach your targets and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules released two weeks in advance.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech to meet customer needs.
