Job summary

AT&T is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to drive connections with customers using our latest devices and services. You’ll work a consultative sales floor role, meet targets, and earn uncapped commission as you help neighbors choose the right solutions.

Expect a schedule 9am–9pm with weekend shifts and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
