AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers with the latest devices and services in a Burlington, NC store. You will guide shoppers with a consultative approach, drive sales targets and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

The role involves helping with online orders, outbound calls, and in-store events, with a 40-hour week scheduled across 9am–9pm, including weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to reach and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn about evolving tech and products.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance for seniority-based shifts.
• This fast-paced environment rewards flexibility to meet changing customer needs.
