Job summary

AT&T in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You will guide customers through options on the sales floor with a consultative approach, while earning uncapped commissions and a strong base. The role may involve events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.

Hours run 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours per week. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet or exceed goals.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and openness to change.
