Optimum is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals for a Retail Sales Consultant role at our River Edge location. You will be part of a large sales channel, building connections with customers while exceeding sales targets and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

You will act as a local brand ambassador, selling our connectivity solutions and turning customers into lifelong users through friendly, expert service. Growth and earning potential come from a lucrative compensation plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customers.
• May require travel to other stores within 35 miles.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time schedule with weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers, understand their needs, and guide product selections.
• Educate customers on options and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Assist with billing, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure outstanding customer service.
