Qualifications

• Ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles when required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work full-time and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; build connections and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Become a store product expert; stay updated on latest offerings and explain options to customers.
• Handle billing, service questions, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues; troubleshoot technical problems.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store goals.
