Job summary

Elements Massage in Columbus is seeking an engaging, outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for our clients and members. You’ll be the first touch for guests, guiding them through the Elements Wellness Program and ensuring an exceptional experience.

This role offers commission on wellness plan sales, bonuses, and flexible shifts from part-time to full-time. Previous retail or spa service experience is a plus, and a comfort with basic office software helps you thrive in our

• Entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Prior retail sales experience, especially memberships/services.
• Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.
• A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
• Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our proven sales process.
• Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
• Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.
• Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client is the center of the experience.

Our team members earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses as well. Full and part-time positions available.
