Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking an engaging, outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for our clients and members at our Columbus studio. The role combines a passion for selling wellness plans with delivering exceptional guest experiences in a spa setting.

You will work with a team, earn commissions on wellness plan sales, and have opportunities for bonuses. Full and part-time positions are available, with shifts that support a busy, friendly studio environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially memberships or services.
• Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
• Enroll clients into the wellness program following a proven sales process.
• Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, in person or by phone.
• Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.
• Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to center the client experience.
