Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a retail associate in Florida to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will process orders, assist customers with financing as needed, and contribute to achieving daily and KPI targets.

Requirements include US work authorization, a high school diploma (preferred), and 1 year of customer service or sales experience. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Opportunities for learning and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
