Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate in the United States to deliver outstanding service and drive sales, adhering to cash handling protocols and store standards.

The role requires at least 18 years old, US work authorization, ability to lift 25 lbs, and preferred high school diploma with 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

You will help customers with credit applications and financing matters, meet KPIs, and participate in opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
