Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States is seeking a customer service/sales associate to deliver outstanding service and accurately process transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist customers with credit applications, strive to meet sales goals, help with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, and participate in ongoing training. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US, be at least 18, and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
