Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a global consumer health and personal care company on Longboat Key, Florida, in welcoming a frontline retail associate. You will provide outstanding service to every customer and process sales orders accurately, while following cash-handling protocols.

You will help with inventory, prevent losses, strive to meet sales goals and KPI targets, and assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
