Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will process orders and support cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves assisting customers with credit applications, meeting sales goals, and participating in opening/closing duties including cash reconciliation. The position requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience and legal work

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
