Quality Talent Group is hiring a frontline associate to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment across our retail locations in Florida.

As a teammate, you will process sales orders, assist customers with financing options, and support opening/closing duties while aiming to meet sales goals and KPIs. The role emphasizes strong cash handling, accuracy, and a passion for helping guests enjoy their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
