Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service in a retail environment across the United States. You will process sales orders accurately, assist with financing applications, and contribute to hitting sales KPIs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are legally eligible to work in the US, and can perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
