Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented associate for a retail environment in the United States. You will provide outstanding service, process sales orders, and help meet sales goals while adhering to cash handling protocols.

Responsibilities include supporting inventory procedures, assisting with store opening/closing, and maintaining KPI performance. Prior experience in customer service or sales and a willingness to work weekends and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
