Job summary

Floor & Decor in Omaha is hiring Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select products for their projects. Full-time and part-time roles are available on a fast-paced, safety-conscious floor.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining stock, processing purchases, and supporting store operations while upholding company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Drug test may be required for equipment certifications where state law allows.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, discuss projects, recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep clean and safe.
• Collaborate with management and team to reach sales goals.
• Process checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check, and card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag, and display merchandise.
• Adhere to company safety processes and values.
• Answer phone calls per guidelines and assist store as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
