Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select products for their projects.

The role offers a base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience and opens both full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities include keeping the floor stocked and safe, assisting customers at checkout, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Drug testing may be required for heavy equipment certification where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Uphold company values and safety processes.
• Answer telephone per guidelines and assist in other areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
