• Forklift certifications may be required where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, learn about their projects, and recommend products.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
• Keep assigned areas stocked, clean, and safe for shoppers.
• Collaborate with management and team members to reach sales goals.
• Process checkouts using the POS system and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock and display items.
• Support other store areas as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
