Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates who deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with base pay from $15.00 per hour, and higher starting pay based on experience.

You will help stock shelves, assist customers at checkout, and participate in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities include recommending products, maintaining clean, safe, and organized departments,

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers, understand projects, recommend products and drive purchases.
Provide above-and-beyond service and exceed customer expectations.
Keep assigned areas stocked, clean, shoppable and safe.
Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve sales goals.
Process checkouts using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
Follow cash handling procedures for payments.
Create price tags and signs; stock and display merchandise.
Act in line with company values and safety policies.
Answer phones per company guidelines and assist in other areas as needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
