Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, with a base pay from $15.10 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

You will connect with customers, recommend products, stock and merchandize, process payments at POS, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and company values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Adhere to company safety processes.
• Answer telephone according to guidelines.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
