Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Great Lakes Express store to deliver a warm, responsive shopping experience. You will help customers, stock, clean, and fold merchandise while supporting store operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of retail experience, with availability to work nights and weekends and physical requirements met. Express offers merchandise discounts and benefits.

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers)
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and non‑business hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP
• Provide a great customer experience
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
