Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix to deliver a great in-store shopping experience. You will stock, clean, fold merchandise and assist customers while maintaining an organized sales floor and providing fast, accurate transactions.

The role requires high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of related experience, comfort with iPad and POS systems, and availability including nights and weekends. Physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, POS registers).
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
