Job summary

PHOENIX is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Great Lakes Crossing to ensure an outstanding in-store experience for Express customers. You will help with stocking, pricing, and customer assistance while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of retail experience. Availability includes nights and weekends; opportunity for merchandise discount and PTO as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, POS registers).
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting area.
• Provide an outstanding in-store experience for customers.
• Assist with product launches and SOP adherence.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Promote Express credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Support team with remaining store tasks as directed.
