Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet and make customer contact; understand the customer’s needs; educate on product features and benefits.
• Solve customer questions and close sales with effective upselling.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat, stocked, and labeled.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
