Job summary

Lovesac in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and help design spaces with Sacs and Sactionals.

You will greet clients, sell with our process, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional service while achieving sales goals.

The role requires 1 year in retail or customer service, ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer service experience.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support including showing products and CRM.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lb to move furniture.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and sell using Lovesac process, maintain a personal quote pipeline, and follow up to drive conversions.
• Build loyalty through genuine connections, fuel repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver a fun, engaging experience while closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with disciplined execution.
