The role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning store operations, promotions, and brand standards while supporting customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as required.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling data and transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
