Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates for Potomac Mills, VA. You will deliver excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and assist customers through the sales process while representing the brand in a positive manner.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, educating on features, handling transactions, and keeping the floor neat and well stocked. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected, with a focus on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Should be a people person.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.
