New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates at Potomac Mills in Virginia to ensure store operations run smoothly and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use expert product knowledge to guide customers through the purchase and demonstrate the New Balance brand values.

The role requires 18+ years, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle basic math, cash register tasks, and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model: greet and make customer contact; understand the customer's needs; educate the customer on product features and benefits; solve any customer problems; transact the sale with effective closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and ensure floor is neat, stocked, and clearly labeled.
• Protect products by monitoring stock, reporting shrinkage and following safety procedures.
