Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and understand their needs.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions and problems at the point of sale.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and closing techniques.
• Fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and organize the floor.
• Ensure items are labeled, priced, and well-stocked.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring, and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents promptly.
